It seems when you fix one thing 2 other problems surface, I just put a new water pump in, now my fans clutch has decided to stop working! :( I guess this will be next weekends project.

C3 are now getting into a nice age where things will stop working, but when they are, how fun it is to get out in these cars!

I know how you feel. I don't think there is a nut or bolt i haven't touched on my vette. Nice thing is, there easy to work on and parts are cheap....

True - when things are good I love this car, its not the best looking Vette or fastest but its mine, paid for in full.

You have any idea of how big of job it is to replace the fan clutch?

Fan clutch is easy job, if you changed your water pump. You had to take it off 2 change the pump???

Should be able to loosen 4 7/16" nuts on the front of the clutch and pull it off the pump. Then swap the fan over the the new clutch and remount it back on the pump.
