Sounds like the track gears are shot. If you can hear the motor running, I would bet the gears are stipped.

Are these replaceable or will I need to get a whole new seat? :(

When I bought my Collector Edition I couldn't get my seat to move either. I removed the lower seat pads (look in owners manual to find out how) the motor would run and the seat wouldn't move because there is a electrical plug that was laying by the seat unit on the drivers side but came unplugged. I plugged it in and away she went.
If you pull the airlines off one at a time and try to move the seat you should feel air blowing if the pump is working. Don't mix them up.

Same thing happened to mine. I have no clue how it came un plugged but it did.

Well guys I appreciate the help, but have decided to just replace the seats. They are very beat up and need to be replaced anyway. Thanks for the help.
