Poor little guy, I tried to zig but he zagged and I got him! So that was the first time I have ever hit an animal with my vette so it got me wondering how many of you have hit an animal?

I have never hit an animal in any of me Vettes. But I have hit a dog, a few squirrels, an armadillo, and an opposum or two in other cars.

I thwacked a bird in my Daily Driver...actually, it was more like it hit me...at 80mph.

Luckily it only hit and chipped the license plate. Scary though.

Did the little guy scratch up anything on your Vette, DeltaForce?

NO animals but I did drive over 10 pounds of cow $hit--took me 2 days to clean up the vette-how that $hit got there is a mystery-like to shoot the A$$ H who put it there :banana:

I rolled over a seagull at the beach. I thought it was going to move but it didn't. Looked in the rear view and saw it get up and walk away.

owned mine for a long time now and have hit many things with the car.

Worst was the deer that ended up being 3 grand was right after it got the first flames done.

Then I had the ghost flames added and hit a cat right at the front Corvette plate. Had to get that repaired as well.

small animals seem to get sucked up into the car its like a magnet.

I've hit several skunks, several ground squirrels, and a big coyote. The coyote busted out my right front grill. He ran off right after I hit him, but as I was going about 75 mph, I would imagine it died later from internal injuries.

Hit a Deer with my Durango a few years ago, nothing with any of the Vettes I've owned over the years.

hit a huge buzzard with my 81 doing about 75mph with lights up at night. he was feasting in the road on a dead rabbit tore the headlight off and broke windshield

Ran over a coon with my vette, blood and fur all over the undercarriage! Had one of the lube rack guys at work clean it off, he hated me for it until I gave him a $50.:coffeetime:

Had my vette 3 weeks and a deer jumped on my hood when I was going about 80. $9,000 Damage. I made them take off any thing that was even scratched, and replaced every thing with new.

I wasn't in my Vette, I was driving my 300M. Sunny day, moon roof open, and I drove under some phone lines and out of the corner of my eye, I saw something fall into the car, I assumed it was a big leaf. I looked over and saw that it was actually one angry little squirrel (apparently he fell off of the phone line). If I had thought about it I would have pulled over and let him out, unfortunately thinking isn't my forte. I just grabbed him by the scruff of the neck and flung him right back out the moon roof. He landed on the windshield of the car behind me (reason #246 on why you shouldn't tailgate). :smilielol5:

I saw him jump off to the side of the car, land in the grass and run off. The lady in the car behind me was laughing her *** off and waved at me when I turned off on my street (it WAS a wave, I saw all of her fingers :hehehe: )
