I'm not talking about indexing, my complete window won't go up at all. I had replaced the door speakers and had of course had the door all torn down. I had put the window down after the speaker install and it won't go back up.

Just messing around I tried the hole indexing routine and this didn't do anything. I checked my immediate wiring and don't see any connects that would be giving me any problems.

So any sort of ideas of what I might or should check would be greatly appreciated.

Do you hear any noise when trying to put the window up? If the fuse is still good and the other window goes up, I would take the door back apart and see if any connections came loose.
