Prior to the crummy weather of winter a 99 Camaro SS that I later found out was an automatic came up to me on normal city streets wanting to "play", we did a few launches where it was pretty close runs, I needed to get on the freeway and the guy followed me. I knew it was on, I was just hoping my car could out run this guy on the open roads. Sure enough we get zipping along on the freeway and I took him. I got off my exit and pulled into gas station, this guy said good race and told me his car had a bad transmission and he wasn't able to fully "get on it". Yeh right, if your transmission is on its way out, why even taunt me to race? He was just a sore losser and I won! :smack:

Yeah camaro's dont handle good at high speed. I had a 92 with a 550 hp 383 and it was fast but at 170 it was dangerous. I wouldnt pick fights with vettes on the interstate (suicidal)

A win is a win. He was just a poor sport.

Always an excuse for losing. :lol:
