I was looking at a thread here regarding someones fan controller crapping on them, I have been looking for a manual on and off to control the fans before they hit the 192 degree area. So has anyone used this Hi/Low manual fan switch from casper electronics? I found it sold by some company called speed inc.

Any one use this? How does it work?
