:1zhelp: :beerbang: Raised the hood and the overflow jug was full, car been sitting for 2 weeks. The level in jug has always been normal. Any ideas why jug filled up sitting and not running? I'm the only one that touches the car too. Car never runs hot either. Still run the Dex Cool and am going to put the flush tee in the heater hose so that it can be flushed more often and quicker. Will run the green after that.

I would be interested to see how it acts after putting in the T and running the green. I am stumped as to how the overflow tank got filled if the car wasn't being ran.

Invest in a new cap for the surge tank (17psi). With the reverse flow cooling in a 96 I rather doubt that installing a flush T is a good idea. Be sure to usde the bleeder screw on the t/stat housing to get the trapped air out of the block when you refill. Purge the air with engine running and at op temp so the t/stat is open. Uses rags so no AF runs down onto the opti.

If you're planning to change from DexCool to the green stuff make sure your get all of the Dexcool out of the system. The two don't mix and you'll end up with a jello-like substance in your cooling system.
