Had the C4's oil and filter changed and greased today. Washed and dried it and then tucked it away in the toy box for about 6 months. Hope to get new wheels and tires for it before spring.
Bought it in mid July and put 4k miles on it this summer. I can't wait for it to wake up again!

Dude that sucks. I could not imagine having to park my baby for 6 months cause of weather

I feel your pain. I still hope to get my car out a couple of times before the insurance runs out at end of Oct. Will be filling her up with gas and fuel stabilizer, changing the oil and put the cover on her until May :(

Mine usually gets parked around Nov.1 and doesn't wake until April

Living in sunny California as I do, I'm fortunate enough to be able to drive mine all year long. No hiberbation for Corvettes in central California.

The way I look at it the times I can drive my car I appreciate it more. :thumbsup3: Plus it keeps the mileage low. Car has only 35,000 miles on it. Still almost brand new. :)

I'm a few weeks behind you guys, I figure holding out to mid-November . . . we're really just protecting them from too much sun exposure and sun damage and keeping the mileage down unlike them southern cars. :banghead:

Same here in Florida.

I'll drive mine until the first snow when they salt the roads, then it's in the garage until spring. I'm also going to be getting new wheels and maybe a few other goodies while she's resting.
