I seem to have a very small oil leak on my floor, (about two table spoons) comming from under my 2001. Is this normal, I only drive this car about once a month on the weekend. Currently with only 31,000 mls and a cold air system.

Thanks for any help here,
Howald

No oil leaks are not normal.Could it be your drain plug of oil filter leaking?

It seems to be comming from mid point and not up front.

Nobody can tell you where it is coming from without getting the car up in the air and inspecting it:doh:

My best guess is the oil drain plug.
Things to check include, Valve cover gaskets, Oil filter seal, Oil drain plug seal, Engine rear main seal.

When was the last time you got an oil change? Like the others said could be the filter or plug.

I was thinking that someone didn't put the oil pan on right and didn't put the gasket glue in the corners and that would make a small leak but I think the fella has a stock bottom end atleast.
