Anybody ever chain up there vette? I think the cable ones would work best, they would hug the tires better. I have insurance until Nov 3.:beerbang:

We almost never get snow in Sacramento, but we did get 3" of rain and 40 mph winds yesterday. Drove the pickup to work.

Mine will never be driven in snow, or leave the garage with snow on the ground outside. I have other cars for daily drivers when that condition happens. I do feel for anyone that does have to drive theirs in the snow.

I don't even watch shows that have snow. To depressing. I lived in Conn for 18 years. Hated it.

Where in Florida? Do you have roach problems there?

Mine goes to into hibernation for the winter unless we get a clean street winter thaw. Did you ever see what a broken chain component does to quarter panels and surrounding parts?

Tampa Bay Area. No roach problems if you have your house treated for them. :yoda:

I always thought you get them no matter what. But everytime I have been in Florida, I have never seen a roach. You listen to bubba the love sponge?

We don't call them roaches down here, we call them Palmetto Bugs. Much nicer sounding name.

Besides, the fire ants are a much bigger PITA (or ankle).

Damn snow started falling at end of September here. It looks like we might get abit of warmer weather at end of October here so I might get a couple more cruises yet. The car is insured for the road until Oct 31, after that it will be parked :(
