one day the electric aftermarket clock and all 3 interior lights stopped working. is this because one fuse blew? which fuse?

Check the courtesy fuse and see if its blown. If you have a test light, use it to test all your fuses by touching each end of the fuse. Some fuses will not power up unless the key is on or headlight switch is on also.

how do I tell what fuse to test? I have looked at the box but I do not see any labels.

Do you have an owners manual or some sort of service manual for your vette? These will have a diagram and name of each fuse.If not then you will have to pull or test each fuse with a test light. Sorry i can't make it any easyer for you. If you use a test light, make sure you test each side of the fuse. Both ends should light up if the fuse is good. If you only have one side that lights up and not the other, its bad.
