What are my options,mine is rusted out just in front of rear tires on both sides. The car I feel is worth a resto being a matching number big block 4 speed. I see frames for sale on line but I am not sure what will fit or not fit. If anyone can help please do. Thanks.

you might try to patch weld ,one side at a time ,it will keep alignment streight gerry

check out midamericamotorworks.com for a replacement frame.they should have the parts to a C-3 Vette. call toll free and tell the tech reps about your problem. you should be able to get a 68' one piece rear end body for around 900-1000 bucks:eek: .so i'd spend the money to repair that rear end to its factory finish:D it sounds like water is leaking down into the frame and causeing it to rust out.so i'd check the roof,doors,rear hatch and weather strippings for wear this is the most common cause of the rust out. so good luck and tell me how it goes:cool:
