Hey I have been thinking of installing electric cut outs on my 2006 C6. I really like the idea of being able to stealth out the car and then unleash the noise. Any suggestions on which one I should go with and are there any negatives to getting them? I was looking at (Corvette Screamer Twintronic Exhaust System). Anyone have this setup? And can you still run a full performance exhaust on top of cut outs?

DMH oval/square cut outs fit better than vs QTP round ones
they're also a bit better made than QTP as well, but both are very similar
the QTP "screamer" system is very nicely made though, the exhaust paths, one is straight through, which sounds much better than a premature dump somewhere under the car and less likely to damage your rear spring by blowing heat on it and the other side recirculates through a perforated pipe; though not as quiet as stock, still a significant difference
with cutouts there is no point in trying to run an aftermarket exhaust altogether, the screamer is the exception, as its very similar to an exhaust with butterfly valves, e.g. B&B fusion, Z06, NPP, etc

I have a C6 2006 corvette with 6 speed. I was told it takes a close tollerance cut out due to amount of room. I took mine to Texas Quality Performance Exhaust in Houston. He installed my DMH Low Profile electric cut outs. They work and sound great.
