Can anyone tell me where the jack for the 86 Vette would go? I bought my Vette last year as an anniversary gift to myself and it didn't come with a jack. I found a bracket under the hood on the right side but I am unsure what that is for. Secondly, how do you get the spare tire from under the car. I assume there is a key of some sort. I am lucky I haven't got a flat yet...knock on wood.

found directions on underside of one of the compartments behind the seat. Use wheel wrench to get spare down jack stored in same compartment.:smack:
