This is for a 2002, my head lights are only shooting about 10 to 12 feet in front of the nose of car? How do I raise the head lights or rather adjust these things?

Underneath the headlamp bezel on the iinboard side, there should be a gold/bronze looking adjuster, I think it takes a T15 torx bit. That adjusts your lamps vertically.

Horizontal adjustment is done by reaching under the bezel on the inboard side near the vertical adjuster and pushing out that round plug on the side of the bezel. Then you can reach the horizontal adjustment.

This is assuming that your headlights are coming up all the way.
