My 2006 Z06 has started giving messages that said to service the active handling system?? :confused:

This car only has 1,249 miles on it?? This warning has come up 2x's this past week. Ironically the only 2 times I drove the car this week. I was hoping there was something that I might have turned on in the car that I need to turn off??? Any ideas or what should I do? Thank you

Hi Grammy,

You didn't happen to accelerate fast enough to spin the tires both times did you? The reason I ask is that the active handling/traction control will activate if it detects wheel spin.

Hi Grammy. I have a 2006 Corvette C6 Z06 to. That is a normal problem that happens. Its not from wheel spin. It happens every once in a while. If it happens again pull over turn the car off and wait to 30 sec and turn it back on and the problem will go away. If it happens in the future after that try doing what I told you again.
