You don't notice alot with the red paint but I know there there and it bugs me. Is the only way to fix this is to have the entire front repainted?

Best bet is to get it repainted and then get some sort of clear bra to protect the new paint.

I have had my hood and nose painted a couple times and finally got the 3M clear bra. Chip marks just drive me up the wall.
