the first thing your're going to need to know is if youu have the early or late style fuel system on your '03.
GM changed mid year. You can tell which system you have by looking at your VIN number:
This would be the VIN after 114930 (last six digits) built November 25, 2002.

Ok, If I'm looking at this correctly my last 6 of VIN is after that. Whats the next step? Any chance you have directions on installation? Thanks so much.
