I don't see why you wouldn't be able to put a 90's seat into your 84' it might just take a little bit of custom work but it should be quite easy.:)

Thanks for the info but what i'm doing is recovering the old seats and the lumbar switch is broken an i need new switchs for both sides. These are sport seats.

The relay box for the lumbar pump (a black box, about 3"x3"x1" attached to the seat harnesses and located under the driver seat) is not fastened in my car and just drags back and forth as the driver seat is repositioned. I would REALLY appreciate if you would tell me how and where it is supposed to be fastened as I am driving myself crazy trying to find where it is supposed to be attached (and if you can do it, a picture would be even better).
