Some of you may know but this past Saturday I drove our Silver '05 down to Fremont to drop the car off at Synergy Motorsports. This was my first time at their shop and I have to say, if you're around the San Fran/Fremont area and enjoy cars, or one that can appreciate custom work, then you seriously need to stop by this shop!

I will say this, I have been around to my share of shops the good, the bad, the ok. This was by far, the most impressive. Starting with a "homely" waiting room fully loaded, with a branded "Synergy MotorSports" pool table, room set up for kids to play, the works!

Then you walk out to a very good size shop area, hell I was more impressed out here!

Here are some pics of this Chevy Sierra pick up that they have been building a custom twin turbo for. I'm a hugh fan for custom work and thought I would share these with you!

That does look good, all powder coated? What sort of power this going to be pushing?

Its funny, Rick was giving me the tour of the shop, as soon as we came to this truck, I had to get my camera, and yes this is a LSx motor!

Great work, I just posted about alternators in the C6 area. Is this one powder coated or painted? I'm thinking about doing mine white? Wanted to see if possible, of looks of this photo it is?

That one looks like it is powder coated. Very clean

I am not surprised. Rick has always done a great job supporting STS Turbo in the Bay area and has produced some of the cleanest STS installs and highest HP STS cars and trucks out there - as you can imagine from those pics. Amazing custom work - that truck looks awesome.

After almost a year making a decision on getting a twin turbo, I finally have the APS system inbound and can't wait. This work looks great. I was wondering about how the powder coating on the turbo's will hold up to the high heat of these things? I think its a great idea and might powder coat mine as well if the color won't fade because of the high heat?

Not sure that you will see your turbos very much... :D

wow that is clean looking!! I have heard that you can really hop up those LSX engines. I would love to have that truck for my work truck!! I would go to work early every day, but then I would probably leave early too!!!!!:lol:
