Price is the biggest difference, Personally out of those 2 I would go with the Magnaflow.

Magnaflow has been doing some great marketing and r&d. I personallyt like the magnaflow company, that have some celebs standing behind their product also!

My Vette had Flowmasters on when I bought it and I didn't care for the tips, I plopped down the big bucks and got the Corsa Indy Paces!

Magnaflow should give you more HP and TQ, I think they sound better also.

Flowmaster is so played out, Magnaflow or Borlas are the top companies in my opinion.

Magnaflow cost a little more but its worth it! Those Flowmasters are absolute crap! Painted crap!
I have Magnaflow. It looks and sounds awesome. Polished stainless steel is a lot better than the painted garbage product put out by Flowmaster.
But thats just my opinion.
