Anyone keep these tires on their car? I know the traction is bad *** with these tires and was curious how many miles you getting out of them?

I know alot of people that keep these tires on all the time. IF you have a proper alignment and don't go crazy racing all the time you can get some descent miles out of them. Then when you do go to the track or strip you are already to go with some very nice sticky tires!

I only use them when I am going to an event like RR or dragging. They are too pricey of a tire (IMO) to be driving on them as a regular everyday driver so I have two sets of tires that I switch back and forth accordingly.

555R's are great for dry pavement and hitting those "canyon runs", only downside is the mile's you get out of these tires, mine only lasted barely 5500 miles. But such a great tire for traction.

555R's are the best tire for the money for those track days or when you want that "sticky" feel to the road.

Are you all with these 555R's running them on all 4 our just the rear? I recall at one the Vette meets some guy with a 2001 blue C5 had these on but only in the rear. How much are these tires anyway? Comparison to other tires?

They are that and more, better ride is tribute to the softer rubber, just kind of curious how many true miles can you get out of these with modest bad habit driving?

Nittos or isn't there another company that has the same type of tire?

For the money you can't go wrong, these are on my wish list.
