I have re-do my seats and now to get the back side properly fixed to the hard-part.
How do I get those tiny hooks to latch at the back??
Currently they are in but loose.

You realy have to push the cusion in there at a slight angle to catch one side then force it the other way to catch the other. You can use a long flat screwdriver to help start it out on one side but probably will not be able to reach the other with it.

I made a tool form and old flat head screwdriver, Take one 12 to 15 inchs long and cut a 1/4 deep slot in the tip with a die grinder. put the slot on the "tiny hooks" and push it in place. Just be careful and dont stick the tool thru your new seat.

I bought a giant screwdriver set and it has everything and it came with an apolstry tool, when I bought the set I thought I would never use it, but last spring I put it to good use when I did my seats too. It looks like a flat head screwdriver with a V notch in it and has a slight bend near the tip, it works great, notching a screw driver will be just as good.

The taking out was easy...then I realized, how am I going to get them back??
Was thinking about drilling small holes at the back through the plastic and put screws which will can hook the seat and pull them back?

Use the screw driver trick and just push hard on the seat and pull it out a bit and push on the wire with the moded screw driver, once you get one done then the rest are easy, don't be so gentle with the seat cushions you can't wreck them.

Great idea, wow I'll bet that makes it easy!
I always wondered when they built these cars in the factory, I am sure they did not use a tool like this?
Wonder how they do it?mmmmm
