I have one and they are pretty easy to use, the questions that I did have, they have a pretty good customer service department that has taken care of me each time. :thumbsup:

hypertech's "tunes" or adjustability don't compare to the diablo predator...

if you're getting a handheld, you need to get the diablo predator for the best performance gains and most adjustability...
