Looking over the boards I just noticed that there are no discussions on XM or Sirus radio with the C5 groups? I personally am considering upgrading and was wondering now how many other C5 owners have made this same upgrade to either XM or Sirus?

The head unit I near certain I will end up getting plays Sirus.

I just assumed that it was the same! Anyways, I have Sirus in my C5, I have had it for over a year now and I like it. Although I don't use it that much because I have an Ipod hookup and that is what I normally listen to!

You have any photos of that head unit during day time? What did they set you back if you don't mind? Was it a direct fit?

I installed a hand held MyFi unit by taking a piece of plastic and by apply some heat formed it into a bracket that slips in behind the cowling adjacent to the original radio. I then installed the power supply behind the dash, ran the antenna wire iinto the dash (the antenna sits on the dash) up to the mounting bracket. When I need to park, I just slip out the MyFi. Works great!

XM here and I would never go back to commercial radio. The XM receiver is mounted behind the passenger seat. The in-dash system is a Pioneer AVIC-D1.

I have had XM for about 5 or 6 years now. I just picked up the 02Z back in November and am really missing my XM. For Christmas my wife picked up an XpressRC and I have yet to install it. I have to figure out how to install it first.

We listen to XM at work. When I get some spare $$ I would like to get a replacement radio for my car that comes with XM.
