Well, I could not keep my grubby lil hands off it.. I replaced the 4000 pound cast intake with and Aluminum and the rochester with a holley electric choke.. Of course as expected ran out of vacuum ports and the holley does not have a rear main vacuum port for the power brake booster.. That I can probably resolve with a plate drilled and tapped however the million other vacuum lines.. well lets say I will have to pick and choose. Does anyone have a vacuum diagram since many have already done this swap. What can I just plug up without interfering with any functions.. Ozz

Well disregard above.. Went with an Edelbrock and the vaccum issue is now NOT an issue.. Cranked her up and with the new MSD and carb it purrs like a kitten..

Glad you got the issue resolved! Years ago I put a Weiand aluminum intake and a Holley on, and it really woke my 73 up. I don't have power brakes so vacuum ports wasn't a problem, but I can imagine how you must have been feeling. I still have that intake, and after about 17 years I just replaced the worn Holley with a new Edelbrock 650 cfm. What a difference! Congrats on your new setup, I am sure you will really enjoy it!!
