Nobody ever made a aftermarket shifter for a 4+3 because the shifter mounts on the trans tunnel ; not the trans case as in regular cars

Nearly half distance but because you have reduced the leverage need a little more force on the shifter

Are there any tricks or tips i should kno before puttin these on? Anything to look out for?

Will have to adjust shifter rods after install to get neutral in right position
