Well I suppose I should be constructive huh? LOL First off great job on getting her cleaned up!!! Spiral Grey is an excellent color, one of my faves... I've done alot of detailing from car show prep to wet sanding and buffing the whole car and here’s a few tricks I’ve learned and follow;

1. Use a clay bar, if you haven't used one yet you'll be amazed! It used to be an insiders secret but no longer, they do come in different “grits” fine, med., coarse so look around. If you’re not sure you need to clay bar your car put your hand in a plastic baggie and run it across the freshly cleaned and shined surface of your paint. If you’ve never done this before, you’re going to be amazed… all that scratchy stuff is dirt and contaminants that are embedded in your paint with a nice coat of expensive wax sealing it in, the clay bar grabs this stuff and pulls it out. Just follow the instructions…

2. Throw Armor All away! What? Did he just say that??????? Look at 303 (I haven’t found anything better), here’s some write-ups on it because I always get flamed for this;

3. Protecting all your hard work… polishes, sealants and waxes oh my! I know, it’s enough to make your head spin! Maybe I’m lazy but after I get done cleaning the surface of my paint I want it PROTECTED so I don’t have to do it again! I use #845 Insulator wax from Collinite, this stuff has easy application and removal, shines well and most importantly wears like IRON! Here’s a good unbiased review on it;

I’m looking into Rejex this summer for S&Gs but I doubt if it’ll sway me from Collinite. BTW I purchase it at NAPA…
