Unless you are doing a big stroker or something down that line.

The subject of underdrive pulleys comes up often on this forum. Unless you have a REAL need for a few extra horsepower (such as drag racing), there's little to gain from running them on a street driven car.

Anytime you remove a parasitic loss from an engine, it frees up a little hp. I have seen dynos where guys have tested the pulleys and picked up 4-6hp. I installed one on mine when I did my cam change, since I already had the old pulley off. (I had to remove it and install the stock size when I installed the blower)
One thing I do know, it is NOT worth the labor involved to removed the steering rack and pull the balancer off for the small amount of hp you will get!!
If you're looking for a few, cheap hp, you would be better off porting your TB to pick up not only a few hp but better drivability too.

Absolutely, if you are doing the cam then that is a good time to do it, but by itself nope!

UNderdriving the main pulley won't do a great deal, however ASP and some others underdrive the AC belt which will give back a noticable amount of torque.

changed mine when I did the cam so wouldn't know if I gained anything or not but it looks kinda cool

Seeing that there is no really big gain in doing this, I have not and will not.

That is a good chunk of change for just a little power increase.
