I somehow received a nail near the center of my rear runflat. Even though this is a run flat they can still fix right?

You need to bring it to a Goodyear dealer who is authorized to make the necessary repair(s) on EMT runflats. This will also keep your tire Z speed rated.
Over the course of ownership with my C5 I have had a total of 3 repairs made. So far I've been lucky with my C6.
Cost was $35.00 to repair.

you can get it fixed without an issue. I like the plug/patch repairs the best.

You are suppose to lose 1 rating for each plug/patch and only allowed 3 total - I believe. I have run my car though at Pocono and WGI with a single Plug/patch without an issue, but you should know what is recommended.

A plugged run flat is OK. I have Firestone Firehawks and got a nail in my right rear. Had Firestone plug it and it's OK - no problems.
