Well I hope I'm posting this in the right place, my name is Andy, 20 years old. I currently live in Miami, Florida, attending college(not a big fan!). The first Corvette that came into sight was my stepfathers late 1980's possibly early 1990's Corvette C4, funny story I liked Camaros more at the time, soon after stepdad sold the C4, I had realized I loved it! About 5 months or so ago, I ran into a 1974 Stingray Coupe which was being sold at a garage sale, I am surprised no one came along and bought it, I was the lucky one to get it for 1000 bucks!(good thing I had some money in the bank) it's in decent shape, at the time I got it running for about 100 bucks just by changing the distributor :thumbsup3: , though it only lasted so long, I have a hell of a project in front of me, it basically needs everything. I have kept some track of my progress on my Myspace homepage. I'll post a link once I get my post count to 10. Glad to be a part on these forums. Will keep everyone updated if I make any crazy modifications on the Stingray. Hope to meet some more Corvette Fanatics out there :burnout:

Thank you all again! The weather here is decent year round, currently rainy later on in the afternoon. I have loads of more things to learn about working with cars, not long before I bought the 74' I would say I was a tad bit clueless, learned a few good things when I worked on it, Can't wait to post some questions asking for help and advice lol

Thanks, I was browsing around, it's cool those sections are broken up from C1-C6, I think I will be getting some of the best advice around here =].
So I achieved 10 post counts(not hard to do in a forum for Corvettes!!!) Here is a link to my Myspace homepage, more specifcally the album where I saved some pictures on my current project on the 74'. I haven't done too much detailed work, though I am open for suggestions, tips or anything else. I will write some tips down! Thanks.
