Will the LS7 clutch will fit in the C5 Z? Worth the swap?

Yes it will, but couple things need to happen. You might need to shim the slave for the clutch and maybe rebuild your mater as an adjustable.

Very nice clutch.

Hmmm, how big of job is that?

I wouldn't do it if I were you. The C5 Z06 is notorious for clutch issues, for different reasons, least of which is the aluminum fork issue. Also, you may void your warranty (If you've got one) by putting in the C6. Just my opinion. I had to replace the clutch on my C5 Z06 so, I am a bit familiar...though, not an expert by any means.

There are many great after-market clutches. It's a major job to install one, don't try to save money on the wrong part (do it right). Textrilla and Spec make good clutches. My car puts down 740 rwhp, so I needed a strong clutch. I have a Spec III. In your case I would call Doug at ECS and discuss a Textrilla with him. Good luck.
