I want to put some grease on the sway bar bushings and wanted to see if the rear sway bar be removed while tires are on the ground?

Are the torque values 49 ft lbs for bolts and 70 ft lbs for nuts on the sway bar bracket?

Appreciate the help.

I think you can remove while rear tires are on the ground.

Hard to get to the sway bar with the tires on the ground but they do not have to be removed.
