I need to replace the front right turn signal housing and it is pretty tight. What is the trick to get it out easily?

You'll have to get the front on ramps and remove the lower access pannel.

Mine have gone out a couple of times. I have actually gotten pretty good at being able to reach my hand in from the top and reach all the way down to the lamp and change it out with one hand. It is super tricky. You'll have to take the bump stop out...you have two of these at the corners of the hood. Be sure to mark them with a sharpie before you remove them so you'll know where to screw them back in at.

If you have tiny arms, once you remove that bump stop, you can reach down UP-UNDER the turn signal light assembly. The lamps sit in a housing that is accessable from underneath the turn signal lamp. It has a safety clip that you have to squeeze as you're turning the lamp assembly. Once you get that unscrewed CAREFULLY pull the lamp assembly out. Remove bulb and replace. Keep in mind, if you go at it from this angle, you'll have to remove lamp and replace it with one hand...you cannot get two hands down in there from the top of the car.

Otherwise you'll have to go from under the car. Good luck.

Put the headlight in the up position (use the crank knob), remove the three screws the hold the black plastic headlight "surround", then measure the height of the hood stop and remove it.
You now have a fair amount of room to reach your arm down into the cavity underneath the headlight assembly to reach the turn signal light to change it.

That is the way I do it, takes less than 5 minutes to change the bulb this way. How long does it take those of you who jack up the front and do it from below?

Praises to you guys for this shortcut, otherwise today when I had to change my rt. turn signal it would have taken ME half a day if I would have followed the owners manual or other postings. Kudos
