I just got my Pioneer Avic-D3 delivered yesterday to replace the stock Nav unit. This radio/nav unit was recommended to me as a good upgrade. Whats a good set of speakers to replace the stock ones? Also did you need to do anything with the stock amp (I think the car has a stock one right?)?

I am having a problem finding a proficient installer to remove the factory bose in door with alpine 5 1/4" spr 13c an excellant speaker. Just make sure the installer if not you knows what they are doing. The guy I went to tried to install speakers on interior of door over Bose in cockpit he was scared to open door for proper install . I had it rmoved, left and am still looking for a competent installer. head unit and rear pillar 6x9 no problem. I am replacing stock a/c delco bose din and a half with alpine CDA 9887. Pricey but the best.

Quick addition to correctly install, all bose components must be removed with amp and pod, you cannot mix and match. Keep the stock components they will be valuable in the future.
