This is what happens when governments get out of control. The Founding Fathers foresaw this and placed safeguards, but the politicians have taken them down. FDR was the first to subvert the limitations by bulldozing the Supreme Court to allow his federal actions, by threatening to pack the Court. Since then the feds have been progressively (pun intended) grabbing power. Now we are faced with the destruction of our national being.
