My 99 C5 six speed convert, seems to have a steady noise in the cockpit. It sounds like a electrical noise such as the radio would put out if there was no radio station available, but does it when radio is off also. If there is nothing else on in the car just sitting idle with ignition on the noise is there, but goes away several seconds after turning off the ignition. I think it might be the fuel pump, but I would be just guessing. Any one else have this problem and if so what can be done about reducing the noise.
