hey guys/gals! Is this a big undertaking? Of the looks of it, it looks like just clearing away some hoses and then just taking out the intake bolts and there you have it. But I have learned over the years that it's never as simple as it looks! lol

Be sure to note the location of the distributor rotor before taking the distributor out, because it saves a lot of time later. I usually turn my engine over until my distributor rotor points at something in particular under the hood, and then I write it down. And then once that's done, the rest of the job is just removing/replacing nuts and bolts.

Two more quick notes.
1. Go ahead and add about 8" of extra hose to the small vacuum hose that plugs into the MAP. It will make it super easy to get it back on in case you DON"T have small hands
2. The difference in the FAST install, is that you HAVE to swap out the screws on the intake valley plate for the "flat headed" ones supplied with the FAST. If you don't you WILL crack the intake when you tighen it down.
