Hey, does anyone know how you change out the dash bulbs in the C5's? I think I have a bulb out because the lower numbers on the mph guage are dimmer than the rest of the dash.... thank you jon

you have to pull off the gauge pod. It is'nt that bad because it pretty much just pops right off with a little pressure just be carefull with the wires because they will be a little tight. Once it's pulled off you can replace your bulbs. Hope this helps, unfortunately I don't have a step by step or visual aides to help you with it!

Actually, there are no "bulbs" per-say that backlight the dash on a C5. There are two small UV bulbs on either side of the dash that shine onto the gauges that light them up. I would make sure both of these are funtioning properly. I have a how-to on my site for getting your gauges out of the car (to replace the DIC leds...but the steps to get the gauge panel out are the same). Go to www.spdkilz.com

It's possible your faceplate has pulled off a bit. Did you install or did someone else install those bezel rings around your faceplates? Sometimes those come unglued and stick out blocking part of a faceplate...

I've torn mine apart several times, if Carlton's site (doubtful) can't get you there give me a shout.
