The Alliance of Texans Against Government Controlled Health care was on Neal Cavuto today.


This organization is asking all Texans to ask the Texas Attorney General to publicly begin a lawsuit under Article IV, Ninth andTenth Amendment of the Constitution to declareTexas' sovereignty, in prohibiting government takeover of our healthcare in Texas.

Texas has more doctors and top quality hospitals than any other state in the union, and better healthcare.

As a 69-year-old senior, I am not willing to have politicians in Washington decide my fate, how long I live or what treatment they think I should or should NOT receive to save my life. After all, I saw how incompetent FEMA was and is in every emergency and that is the kind of health care we will get from the federal level.

Forget our elected people in Washington as they have proven to be weak and worthless.
