They should be a direct fit? Last car I put an exhaust and everything just bolted right up, they spot welded the seems to keep them tight? I haven't put exhaust on the C5 yet, thinking about it so may have direct experience myself soon on this subject!

Yep cut the pipes long enough to slide into the new X Pipe. I'd consider band clamps to make installing Headers and High Flow CATs easier in the future... You know you're going to do it! :lol:
