Why are you going up to 24lb injectors and larger throttle body? What other mods have you done? Unless you are pushing some serious horsepower with ALOT of modifications, you dont need a 58mm throttle body, and are likely going to DECREASE your performance. Same with the 24lb injectors. Unless you have a custom tune, the cars ecm is going to limit the amount of fuel the injectors meter, regardless of what the flow rate is. Give us a bit more info on the rest of your engine combination.

People are running 383's on 24lb injectors; you will see no benefit with a 58mm TB.
Would be better to spend money on exh mods.

You don't need to change the pump or the regulator if there's nothing wrong with them. If your old injectors are bad, the 24s will work fine with an otherwise stock engine. If there's nothing wrong with the old injectors, don't waste your money.

Trick of the monthitis. That is unfortunately, not uncommon.

Headers will help. The correct headers for your combination will help the most. The biggest sellers aren't necessarily the best choice, as it would seem you have learned.

You probably won't notice any ill effects from the injectors, but as was said, if you didn't NEED injectors they were a waste of money. The 58 mm TB will likely reduce (hurt) throttle response and it won't increase performance by one ounce.

Prepackaged chips are usually a waste of money. A good custom tune done by a skilled knowledgeable tuner can be a great value.

RACE ON!!!

:sm_party: These guys are right! The ECM will regulate your fuel based on need. Bigger injectors will have their fuel output reduced to the engines demand. A 58mm throttlebody IS too much. If you have gone to larger runners and intake manifold you would see benefit from a 52mm, but 58 is too much for minor "bolt on" parts. I run a 52mm but went to larger runners, intake, long tube headers and true dual exhaust. It was recommended to me by TPIS not to go to 58mm with my changes. Car runs great! It was good advice. :burnout:

Best thing you can do for a C4 to actually add quickness is a little looser converter and some sticky tires.

good luck !
