I need to replace these lamps but cannot see how to access them.

Hi Paul, we placed the clear turning lights in both of your Vettes, it is a job that requires patience! You need to turn the wheel pointing in on the side you are working on, pull the plastic tabs out of the hole in wheel well, there is a little tab on the bulb itself that is very awkward to push in, then you twist, and pull bulb out. Pull the bulb from the socket replace with the new one and plug it back in! We handled the new bulb with a napkin. Hope this helps!
