I ask this to see if you thought a long trip was comfy. I am thinking of taking about a 500 mile trip in my Vette to visit an old buddy of mine that I have not seen in years. I could take the Lexus but we will be going to places while visiting and I think it would be alot cooler if we could cruze the Vette!

When i bought my 86 vette, the previous owner said that he drove it from my home state (North Carolina) all the way to California!!! I think it will be able to handle a little 500 mile trip

From Connecticut to Nevada....and the AC passed out just as I got into Nevada! LOL

From Wisconsin to Effingham Il. for their corvette funfest. Been down there twice so far. Just over
1,000 miles round trip.

In December I bought our 91 in Stockton, Ca. and drove it home near Tacoma, Wa. Comfortable nice driving car. The trip was great except for the 200 miles on snow and ice covered roads. Corvettes do not belong on snow.

I drive mine quite a bit and love the mountain runs thru N. GA, TN, and western NC. Longest trip would be Atlanta to central PA and back, about 1400 total miles.

Longest trip for me is central Texas to east Texas :)
little over a 500 mile round trip about 5 hours each way. But in the Vette it's over in the blink of an eye...

I bought mine in Toronto and drove it 2400kms (1500mi) back home with a buddy. We drove it through northern Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnasota and North Dakota and back home to Manitoba. It was a great way to get familiar with the car.

I went to San Diego for my brother-in-law's funeral and put 1500 miles on my '82 in 2 days (750 miles down there).

Wow!! You all are taking some long *** trips!!!

550 miles round trip in my 96 top down great trip. Looking to do one longer in the future. drive the vette have fun.
