I just received my order from MAM about a week ago and everything was perfect. Go figure!

I ordered a Borla for my 2008 Silverado from Jeggs. But because of the various bed lengths and cab configurations, I asked to speak to one of their Reps. I gave him ALL the exact details about the truck AND the bed size in inches, which was what he asked for.
They STILL sent me the wrong one, and I had to pay a muffler shop to weld on about 10" of pipe to allow the hangers to line up.

I called and complained about it and they gave me a credit for the amount that I was out due to having to pay the muffler shop.

Fine right? Think again! I used the credit and ordered a Borla for the Z06 which was to include the X-pipe. They sent me just the tail end which has the mufflers only. I called and asked "What's up?"

She told me that my X-pipe was sitting in the warehouse, and that they'd ship it right out. Another week later and I finally had my ENTIRE system.

Do you think I'll ever do business with Jeggs again?

2 out of 2 F up's and you're out in my book!!!

I gotta wonder if MAM has too many "related" employees... that know no-matter-what happens ... they won't get fired or miss even one paycheck.

I've worked for family owned companies like that. I've also worked for a family owned business that wouldn't hire someone solely because they were related. You had to be the best person from all those applying for the position. There wasn't but a handful of family working there... and they didn't get in the way of the better skilled workers.
