I don't want to sound stupid, but I don't get my rpms up that high to find out! lol Pretty tame driver! lol I am guessing that they all came with a rev limiter but thought I would get it confirmed!:thumbsup:

I don't think the Corvettes had rev limiters until the C5's came along.

It is set from the factory on the chip
Fuel cutoff ; RPM at 10000 rpm ; speed at 255mph

L98 has built in limiter ; can't breath over 5500rpm with TPI

SO IT STOPS MAKING POWER AT 5500 RPM ,IT WONT HURT IT THAT FAR ? I LIKE TO PUSH IT :happy0045:

Stock TPI stops making power about 4800, any more revs and you are slowing down.
If it had a carb on it would make power to 5800.
