This just bugs me, I have a 03 that it seems always after a wash I get streaks? I have used cotton rags that I get at the auto store, paper towels? I'm using glass cleaner(windex), and want to see is there a trick to this that I'm not aware of?

Can you help me out and share what window cleaner works the best?

Surprisenly, I have done this too and it really does work! It was actually in that book that tells you about all the crazy household items that do all sorts of things you thought that never would. For example like using toothpaste to take out stains in clothes!

I use Cotton terry cloths and glass cleaner myself, I will use 2-3 rags per window, you won't get much of any streaks with this method.

This is what I do, but I will always try new stuff if it says it will make it easier!

I forget what I use, its in a blue bottle, you spray out in a white foamy stuff, and wipe off. Works great with no streaks.

I've been using Adams Glass Cleaner,(try it once, and windex wil go bye, bye) and a glass cleaner cloth. The glass cleaner cloth is kept in zip-lock bag and not used on any other part of the car but the windows.
