Frankly, mud flaps don't really look that bad if they're flat black and not too terribly big.

First off mudflaps are for trucks, splashguards are for cars. If you don't race and are running stock sized tires there is absolutely no reason to add them. I do both of the above and the pulverized rubber on my body panels was a real PITA, so I added Altech guards front and rear. I would rather not have them, but they eliminated the debris problem.

I love this sh..! But really mudflaps on a corvette! What are you thinking. I only put flaps on my lifted toyota truck because the law tells me I have, certainly not cause I choose to.:patriot:

I put them on my red '90 and I actually think they look really good. The highways around home have quite abit of road debries, and it was putting chips in my paint. I've had complements from other vette owners. They have to be the Altech fitted ones I think though.
