I am eventually going to replace my existing wheels. I have shopping for the stock sized as I understand them:
Front: 17x8.5 offset 56
Back: 18x9.5 offset 62

I don't want to change the geometry and don't want to have to modify the car (unless it's simple)

I've been told the C6 sized won't work. I've also looked at the cost of tires when you get to the 19 and 20 in and they seem to jump radicaly! :doh:

Can anyone suggest sizes they've used that hasn't change the geometry?

Hence the delimma that alot of guys get into, the 19/20 sizes really do open up alot more and in my opinion look alot better fitment wise.
