My 2000 corvette is equipped with the dual climate control but it does not seem to work. The passenger temperature stays the same as the driver side. Anyone know what may be going on?

Probably an actuator or vacuum, I would guess.

the actuator seems to be a popular culprit in these matters.

I would have to assume that it is definetely electrical, something is not recognizing that you are entering different temps for both sides.

Do you know how much the actuator normally costs?

I don't know, shouldn't be much at all though, just a small item.

Pull your codes, and see what HVAC codes are being thrown. That is the first place to check.
